FAQ
REAL
ESTATE
In what types of locations do we place our clinics?
Our goal is to place clinics in shopping centers that are convenient and accessible to large numbers of people, and have
daily-use tenants (for example: grocery, healthcare, beauty, multiple restaurant options). We want our clinics to be in those shopping
centers that attract the maximum number of people most often.
How will I find the best location to place my clinic?
We have identified 1,700 trade areas across the country where we want to have clinics. We will help you find and train a local commercial
real estate broker who will help you locate available space in centers we like in those trade areas.
Who are our best customers and and where do I find them?
We have a database of hundreds of thousands patients. We understand the demographics and behaviors of our patients and can help you
locate neighborhoods in your area that contain our best patient characteristics.
As a franchisee when do you start looking for real estate?
Upon the signing of your franchise paperwork (LOI or Franchise Agreement) your RD or The Joint Corp. Real Estate Manager (in Non-RD
areas) will orchestrate an introduction call with a Retail Real Estate Broker and coordinate site tours to begin the real estate process.
I already have a real estate agent. As a franchisee am I allowed to use them to help me in the real es-
tate site selection process?
In most cases a Joint approved Retail Real Estate person is the requirement, however we are open to interviewing new retail specialists if
you would like us to consider them.
