A sophisticated robot hand-built by three
Boys Town Jerusalem ninth graders was
awarded first prize for Mechanical Design
in the Jerusalem Regional FLL-Israel
Robotics Competition. The winning robot
triumphed over 51 other contestants.
In an additional robotics triumph, BTJ’s
team of twelve super students from grades
9-12 swept to a third-place win in the
renowned FIRST-Israel Tech Challenge (FTC) national robotics
contest.
