person will edit it, send it to me to finalize, and I will send it back for a final look
and confirmation of my edits.
• Once a final version of the poster/presentation is reached, I send it to FedEx
Office for printing.
• I receive printed posters by delivery at my office; I then notify the appropriate
person that he/she can pick it up in my office or I can deliver it to them.
To edit, revise, and print posters in a timely manner, please send your files to you
faculty support person at least 10 days in advance of your needing the actual printed
poster. When you need a poster, there is usually a group of 10 to 15 other people
also needing a poster for the same conference/event, so we get very busy doing
them all at the same time.
