2.GOOD GOVERNMENT POLICY

The government should encourage the youth through

positive policy postures , the government should

reificate encouraging policy actions for the youth, the

government should avail more opportunities to the

youth.

3.INITIATIVE AND SELF-RELIANCE

The youth are encouraged to be creative and find ways

of surviving, self-reliance can only be attained by

initiative, I encourage the youth to start productive

projects here and there until they attain complete self-

reliance.
