外卖餐饮进入校园会给校园秩序、环境卫生、学生食品安全带来一定影响，考虑到外卖 餐饮食品安全问题没有保证，卫生程度难以确定，学生健康生活方式和习惯受到侵害，为加 强校园食品安全监管、提倡健康生活习惯，全校范围内禁止学生点外卖餐饮。
Having takeaway on campus will have a certain impact on campus order, environmental hygiene, and food safety concerns. Considering that the food safety of takeaway catering is not guaranteed, the degree of hygiene is difficult to determine, and the healthy lifestyle and habits of students are violated. In order to strengthen campus food safety supervision and promote healthy living habits, students will be prohibited from ordering take-out meals throughout the school.
2.13 学生离校及留校管理要求: Student departure and return procedures
2.13.1.学生在校期间(包括周末留校)病、事假离校和周末返家离校要求:离校的同学 请家长发送有其签名的请假单、或以文字的形式发给班主任告知学生离校，学生离校时需至 班主任处领取班主任签署的离校请假单(出门条)——学生发展中心同意并盖章——学生出 门时出示给门岗保安离校请假单(出门条)离校。周日返校时(要求 18:00 前返校)必须 出示本人学生卡才能返校。
Procedures for students leaving school and returning home due to sickness or casual leave during the school day (including weekends): homeroom teacher will contact the parents – parent’s consent (parents should send a signed leave note or WeChat message to the homeroom teacher) - homeroom teacher will sign the student's leave form. (exit note) - approved and stamped by the student affairs head - students can leave the school by showing the leave form (exit note) to the guard at the gate. Students must present his/her student card when return to school on Sunday and must return before 18:00pm.
Students should comply with all school rules and regulations, always pay attention to safety, don't abuse electricity or electrical appliances in dormitories or school buildings. Alcohol stoves and other items are prohibited for personal safety purposes. Jewelry, watches, and other valuables are not allowed to be brought on campus. If students bring them to school, they should assume the risk of theft.
2.13.2.周末留校:留校生的作息时间:早起床时间不得晚于 8:30am，其他作息时间同 平时一样。Students stayed at school on weekends: Study and rest time: get up from bed no later than 8:30am, and other times are the same as usual.
白天可以在宿舍使用手机，晚间按时上交。其他电子产品的使用同平时要求一样。
Cell phones may be used in the dorm during the daytime and turned in on time in the evening. Rules of other electronic devices are the same as usual.
每日三餐，建议到学校食堂就餐，不建议自己订购外卖。如果订购外卖，建议到食堂或 宿舍用餐，严禁将食物带入教学楼。
