 for treatment. The homeroom teacher will follow up with the student, and if the school nurse confirms that the illness is not serious, the student needs to attend classes within 15 minutes.
5.2 病情较重的需要校外就医的学生,班主任立即通知学生家长,父母或监护人在外地 的,需经家长或监护人同意外出就医后,由班主任(或宿管老师)陪同到校外就医。陪同的 老师回来后主动向校医和家长汇报就医情况;距离学校较近的家长,由家长接回就医。
For the students who get seriously ill and need off-campus medical treatment, homeroom teachers shall inform the parents. If the parents are not in Shanghai, students will be accompanied by the homeroom teacher (or dorm teacher) to the hospital. And the teachers should inform the school nurse and parents the student’s situation. If parents are close to the school, they should come to school to pick up their children for medical treatment.
5.3 学生请病(事)假,由班主任负责向教师发展中心报备,并及时告知所有任课 老师。销假时学生有必要出具医生证明。
About students asking for leave, homeroom teachers shall report to students development center head and inform all subject teachers in time. No absence can be excused by anyone other than a principal and students are responsible to make up missing work.
5.4 学生是否需要回宿舍休息,必须由校医做出判定,并由班主任开具回寝条。
The school nurse should give advice if the students need to take rest in dorm, and the homeroom teachers should issue the notes.
6.父母/监护人职责 Parent/Guardian Role
家长/监护人是学生取得学术成就必不可少的一部分,因此,为确保子女顺利完成学 业,取得进步,我们认为家长/监护人须承担以下职责:

6.1 全力满足孩子身体、心理和精神方面的需求
Make every effort to provide for the physical, mental and spiritual needs of your child. 6.2 鼓励和引导孩子养成良好的学习习惯
Encourage and lead your child to develop proper study habits.
6.3 确保孩子按时到校学习,向相关负责老师报告、解释缺勤和迟到原因
Be sure your child attends school regularly and promptly, report and explain absences
and tardiness to your child’s leaders.
6.4 参与重要的家长会议,沟通孩子在校的学业进展和相关福利
Participate in meaningful parent-teacher conferences to discuss your child’s progress and
welfare at school.
