organizations or heads of branches.
Figurehead • Promote closeness among individuals .
• Perform the role while attending international
conferences, seminars and company functions.
• Guiding, motivating and encouraging employees to
work harder.
Leader • Improve employee performance, reduce employee
conflict and provide performance feedback.
• Control activities to ensure all activities are run
smoothly as planned.
Liaison/Public • Establish relationships with external
parties to obtain information.
