Low Carb Stuffing















               Ingredients
               ● 1 loaf low carb bread – cubed

               ● 1 tube of raw pork sausage
               ● 1/2 an apple

               ● 1 small zucchini
               ● 1 small onion

               ● 1 egg
               ● 1 cup half and half (10%)

               ● 1 tsp of each: Sage, Poultry Seasoning
               ● Salt and Pepper to taste
               Directions
               1) Cube the bread and bake in 400 degree oven until a browned. Set aside
               2) In a large bowl, grate the apple (peeled) and the baby zucchini.
               3) Add in lightly beaten egg, chopped onion, spices and sausage meat.
               4) Add the cooled bread cubes to the mixer and pour in half and half
               5) mix with your hands until it is as uniform as possible
               6) put into greased casserole dish
               7) Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 45min or until set and cooked through
