Green Beans Almondine

               INGREDIENTS


                   •  2 lbs Green Snap Beans                                                         4.7g net carbs
                   •  4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Stick
                   •  1 1/2 oz Almonds


               DIRECTIONS



                   1.  Place beans in a steamer basket steamer fitted over a pot of boiling
                       water and cook until crisp-tender, about 7-9 minutes.
                   2.  In a large skillet over medium heat melt butter with almonds. Cook 1-2
                       minutes until butter is browned and almonds are fragrant.
                   3.  Add green beans to skillet and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and
                       freshly ground black pepper.
