Broccoli Salad - Low Carb

               Servings: 8
























               A tasty, simple, and perfect for picnics or as a quick side.


               Ingredients
                        ●  6 cups broccoli

                        ●  ¼ cup red onion chopped (optional)
                        ●  1 cup mayonnaise
                        ●  ½  cup almonds chopped (optional)

                        ●  2 tablespoons red or apple cider vinegar
                        ●  3 slices cooked bacon chopped

                        ●  salt and pepper to taste


               Instructions
                        1.  In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, onion, and almonds.

                        2.  In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper, in a small bowl.
                        3.  Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and stir until evenly coat.
                        4.  Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or until ready to serve.
