                            possible categories:

                                  ‡  Loss of one or more of the primary power sources.
                                  ‡  Faults on the main bus or distribution system.

                                  ‡  Faults within equipment items.
                            Faults in the distribution system and load circuits are controlled through
                            protective devices such as circuit breakers, fuses and current limiters.           AAR
                            Should one of these devices fail to operate, considerable smoke can result
