         his is the simplest  of all  of the  running  (sliding)  loops. Compare it with  the overhand
      T knot with  a drawloop  (page  43)  and  notice  how this  knot is tied  in  the  standing part
      of the cord.


                          Hold  the  working end  of a
                        I length  of cord in one hand.















         With  your other  hand,
      2 in  the standing part of
      the cord, tie an  overhand
      knot with  a drawloop  (see
      page  43).
