his knot is a little difficult to adjust and is not
T easily untied. It is, however, a very simple knot to
tie - and it stays tied because there are no ends that might
work loose.
Where the knot is required, middle the
I rope. Make a clockwise underhand loop.
Bring the end of the bight over the standing
2 parts of the rope from right to left.
Take the bight down behind the
3 loop and begin to pull it a little
way through.
