Pick up the newly created middle cord and Pick up the new middle cord and pass this
4 pass it over the left cord. 5 over to the right.
Find what is now the
6 middle cord: this will be
the loop of the farmer's knot.
Pull the loop into the
7 required size and carefu lly
tighten the knot.
