Welcome to the Superion Sales Organization – we’re thrilled to have you on the team! This playbook is
designed to serve as a resource to help walk you through some common high-level company information
and provide notes, screenshots, and descriptions of processes and tools you will be utilizing.
Corporate Overview
Acquired February 1, 2017, we are a privately held, independently operated company under the ownership
of Vista Equity Partners, a leading investment firm focused on software and technology-enabled
businesses.
We provide software and information technology solutions designed to meet the specialized needs of city
and county governments, public safety and justice agencies, and nonprofit organizations.
The company brings 35 years of public sector experience to each project. Our staff has real-world
experience with a deep understanding of proven industry best practices. When agencies choose Superion
to deliver software and implementation solutions, they are selecting a partner trusted by more than 1,600
organizations impacting nearly 175 million residents across North America.
Previously known as SunGard Public Sector, four companies provide the historical foundation for who we
are today: THE, Bi-Tech, Pentamation, and OSSI. It is the mission of this organization to improve the quality
of life by helping those who support, develop, and sustain communities in which we live.
