Page 2 - Book Fold -Lesson 11 -Kingdom loyalty and Spiritual Warfare
P. 2
Equally true is that Satan (1Peter 5:8) realizing that he has lost you to King
Jesus, makes you his target. He determines to obstruct your loyalty and
commitment to the cause of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and engages
you in a warfare to ruin your testimony as a soldier of Christ. We hope that
through this lesson you will be aware of the reality of this warfare and the help
available to remain loyal to your master.

A. KINGDOM LOYALTY IMPLIES GOD RULES OVER YOUR LIFE. –
Colossians 1:9-12
God is Sovereign and rules over all things -Psalm 24:1, yet in the hearts
and lives of humans, he permits us to choose or reject him-John 3:19-21.
Our being loyal (to God) exhibit our commitment to Christ- through
discernment we choose to commit to righteousness. That which is true
to God’s good cause. He expects our loyalty to be good for all time for he
wishes us to develop faithfulness without any manipulation.
“9 For this reason also, since the day we heard this, we haven’t stopped
praying for you. We are asking that you may be filled with the knowledge
of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, 10 so that you may
walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing ⌊to Him⌋, bearing fruit in every good
work and growing in the knowledge of God.
11 May you be strengthened with all power, according to His glorious
might, for all endurance and patience, with joy 12 giving thanks to the

light.” -Colossians 1:9-12 (HCSB)
