D. GROW THROUGH CHRISTIAN SERVICE - Ephesians 4:11-14 (NKJV)

11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some
evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the
saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,
13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the
Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness
of Christ;
14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried
about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning
craftiness of deceitful plotting,
1. Why are we given spiritual gifts by Christ?

2. How does exercising your gifts help you to be loyal to Jesus
Christ?

IV. CONCLUSION

Be a Warrior of Christ and Fight the Good Fight - 1 Timothy 1:18-19
(NKJV). As Apostle Paul instructed Timothy, God demands loyalty from his
disciple-soldier. If this loyalty may result in a necessary death, may it not
be a death by a shipwrecked faith. Rather, be a victorious death to the
glory of our Sovereign King.
