SUPPLIER DAY EVENT

On February 22, 2018, the GOJO Global Sourcing Team, led by Michelle Cerminaro, hosted their 2nd
Annual Supplier Day Event. The event celebrated a year of hard work and diligence by the entire GOJO
Global Sourcing Group as they rated 24 strategic, preferred, and collaborative Suppliers.

The Supplier Day Event reinforces Supplier Best Practices, Value Creation and Risk Mitigation, and serves
as a platform for formal recognition for outstanding supplier performance based on 2017 final supplier
ratings. One of the Event objectives was to work with the Suppliers to identify opportunities for mutual
growth by “sparking” innovative ideas and driving sustainability alignment. As a result, over 100 innovation
ideas were submitted throughout the day!

The Supplier Day Event is a key forum in sharing the 2017 initiated Supplier Rating and Recognition
Program (SR&R) pilot to support the Global Sourcing Team’s mission to provide strong Supplier
Relationship Management. The SR&R Program was implemented to drive optimal performance, innovative
ideas, and sustainable alignment through quantifiable metrics on Supplier Performance, as well as
positioning GOJO as a “Customer of Choice.”

The Supplier Event also ensured that GOJO Supplier
partners have a complete understanding of the SR&R
Program changes driven by the 2017 pilot lessons
