SUPPLIER DAY EVENT, CONTINUED

The evening ended with a celebration in which Suppliers were presented with awards in the
following categories:
• Innovation: W.W. GRAINGER—Submitted 12 Innovation ideas, 4 of which were implemented to bring
incremental value to GOJO.
• Sustainability: WESTROCK—Obtained the best sustainability record of all the GOJO suppliers in the
program for their efforts in various areas such as Environmental Policy, Water Consumption, and Green
House Gas Emissions
• GOJO Certification:
1. Unique Assembly & Decorating, Inc.
2. Smartwave Technologies
3. Nashville Wire products
4. Malco Products
5. Flavor & Fragrance Specialty, Inc.

• Supplier of the Year:
1. M. Conley Co.: “A” rated Supplier with the best overall Rating for the 4 Indirect suppliers in the
program. M. Conley Co. started the year strong in all categories and kept up the momentum in
both delivery and quality and consistently provides excellent customer service to GOJO internal
stakeholders .
2. Unique Assembly & Decorating, Inc.: “A” rated and certified direct material supplier, who is in
the top-10 each month on line items shipped into GOJO. Additionally, they are the epitome of a
“Decoration Expert” with over 530 new SKUs produced in 2017.

The Supplier Day Event was executed with much excitement and enthusiasm and was positively reviewed
by the Suppliers in attendance, which included 24 of the original pilot participants, as well as an additional
21 suppliers that have been added to the program for 2018. The success of this program is validated by its
growth to 45 Suppliers for 2018 – a HUGE WIN for both GOJO and our Supplier Partners! The GOJO
Global Sourcing Group is a trusted and valued business advisor to support GOJO business strategies, with
a mission to ensure supply of goods and services with supplier partners who meet GOJO requirements and
provide an optimized total system value.
