Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
Nate demonstrated excellent project management skills during the implementation of these two Healthcare
Systems. He consistently met with the end-user's corporate officers to implement process improvement and
ensure customer satisfaction as well as addressing any issues encountered with the HealthTrust
Implementation Team. He was always willing to go the extra mile based on the end-users needs. Nate's efforts
with the following made the overall projects very successful:
? Distribution and Order Management: Nate worked with Owens & Minor, Cardinal and Henry Schein on a daily
basis to ensure drop ship orders were obtained and shipped on time for installation.
? IDN Automated Implementation: Nate prepared email campaigns created in Marketo to contact all facilities
within HSHS and RWJ/Barnabas to set up presentations, distribute educational materials and collect
satisfaction surveys speeding up the overall implementation process and reducing initial work for Healthcare
Seller's.
? Salesforce.com Advancements and Tableau Reporting - Nate consistently monitored project progress by
utilizing SFDC and Tableau reporting.
? Satisfaction Surveys: Ensured customer satisfaction by sending each facility a survey, documenting areas of
strength, and following up with the customer on areas of improvement.

Nate was successful based on his detail oriented planning and communication methods, adaptability and
flexibility to new ways of working, and multi-team collaboration ensuring all objectives and deadlines were met.
He remained very dedicated to ensuring the overall success of the implementations throughout 2017.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Nate was responsible for the logistics and implementation of HSHS and RWJ/Barnabas, both of which are part
of HealthTrust. His detailed project management led to the installations of over 10,000 dispensers at HSHS
and 17,000 dispensers at RWJ/Barnabas resulting in $248K is sales in 2017. All while maintaining a 95%
customer satisfaction rating.
