       PROFILE:
Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
This team demonstrated great collaboration between, Sales, Market Insights &
Development and Product Management to solve an end user problem with a new
solution. After making the initial contact with the end user John Collins brought in
Stephanie from MID to discuss technical requirements and options that Whole
Foods was looking for. At that time it was determined Product Management would
be required to develop the option they were looking for. Once this was completed
both John and Stephanie worked together to ensure a successful trial, answers to
all questions and the RFQ was written correctly so GOJO would be successful.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
The team focused on solving the problem of the end user, collaborating and
thinking out side of the normal products to deliver a solution that will generate
$750,000 of new revenue for GOJO. The team was in constant contact, working
together as new challenges were raised by the end user.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Objectives were meet and GOJO won the RFQ for a front of store wiper program for
        Whole Foods.
