       PROFILE:
       Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
       The team worked cohesively and collaboratively to deliver a great result - the online
       portal for employee benefits information and transactions.  They also added value
       by having the transactions flow to the payroll system, Kronos, electronically and
       eliminating manual tasks (keying) and maintaining a history record.  The other value
       add was giving employees a digital portal to keep track of life insurance
       beneficiaries and the ability to make changes electronically in the future.  This
       replace a completed paper/outdated process.

       The team clearly demonstrated the value of the GOJO NWow Technology and
       Tools in improving the employee experience.


       Competencies demonstrated included Planning, Functional and Technical Skills,
       Informing, Managing Through Systems, Learning on the Fly, and Technical
       Learning.  Data needed to be scrubbed to properly import the files to the 3rd party
       and to make a clean file transaction back to Payroll.  This is truly working in a
       modern, digital way that fits with an innovative organization.


       Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
        This team managed to complete the implementation on time, and in time for Open
        Enrollment.  The team delivered a tool that is valued by GOJO employees and is
        not just a "practitioners" tool.  The data integrity auditing, and data scrubbing was,
        while tedious, essential to make this project go forward and keep employee trust
        when viewing their data as accurate.



       What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
        Part of the GOJO strategic initiatives include:
        5.4 Build and deploy digital expertise throughout the enterprise
        5.5 Ground business decisions in better data and analytics, exploiting the digital
        revolution.
        5.6 Challenge legacy paradigms and processes to root out non and sub-production
        expenditures and eradicate value-diluting busy work.


        This project hit all three initiatives and achieved an enhanced way of working for a
        digital GOJO.
