Misty performance is always at the top of her game.
As soon as Misty is approached she has the answer needed and takes care of your needs or will point you to
the right direction to retrieve what it is you may need. Many time Misty will even approach you before you even
have a chance to ask her a question.

I think with Misty being the face of our company, the company choose the right person always
helpful, curious and knowledgeable, knowing how to help most all employees by directing them to the proper
person, area, or she may even handle what you need for you.

She is an individual that demonstrates good work ethics and her being the first impression of the
company says a lot for our enterprise.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Misty stands out in a crowd because she is very friendly, assertive, knowledgeable and reliable.

She always knows how to put a smile on your face and is very helpful making you feel comfortable to be a part
of GOJO?s team and/or making you feel at home if you are a visitor and giving you knowledge about the
enterprise while in the meantime the visitor is waiting on the party they are here to see. This make the visitor
feel as no time has passed and giving them a warm feeling inside.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Misty always goes over and beyond the duties she has. One day a man had got past our security that should
not had been and Misty took matters into her own hands and lead the man out of the building.

She is always cheerful and greets all with a smile and kindness while always asking questions to help better
serve our customers and non customers in the direction they need to be.

Sometimes I think Misty gets overlooked and she never complains and always say how she enjoys her job.

I recommend Misty for an award and believe it is well deserved.
