       PROFILE:
       Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
       The Recruitment team members need to be experts "in all things GOJO" - they
       need to fully understand and model the GOJO culture, the needs of the business
       teams, and the needs of the hiring manager. The Recruitment team is able to
       expertly navigate the nuances and uniqueness of GOJO to ensure hiring managers,
       work groups, and GOJO as a company continues to recruit quality employees. They
       also need to be focused on their candidates by being able to give the right
       information to the candidates for them to determine if GOJO is the right fit for them.

       	 ? Competencies:
       	 	 ? Approachability - need to be able to have good working relationships with hiring
       managers. Need to be able to have approachability with candidates
       	 	 ? Customer Focus: Listens to hiring managers for their needs so they can be sure
       to find the right person for the job

       One of the GOJO ways of working is being able to identify the value of people. The
       recruitment team holds the status quo on making sure they understand the culture,
       processes, and needs of the company so they can ensure the right person is
       brought in to do the necessary job.


       	 ? How the work impacted the enterprise:
       	 	 ? The work impacted is immense that it may not be able to be fully captured.
       	 	 	 ? Every year we are doing different, better, and more innovative things throughout
       the organization. The people hired to do the right job are carrying the legacy of
       innovation. The recruitment team contributed this by ensuring that they were hiring
       the right people for the right job in the right department.
       	 	 	 ? As a testament to the hiring process, the Jerry's is a great way to showcase the
       hiring skills. Each year, we have a multitude of people and teams nominated for the
       great work they do.
