Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

Beth collaborated with team members from all locations and worked well with everyone. Beth took the bull by
the horns and with a great sense of leadership brought all the teams together to host a very successful
appreciation lunch.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Beth's leadership and ability to collaborate with all team members allowed her to set aside a lot of personality
conflicts and focus on the task of organizing the employee lunch for all locations. Beth had to work without
previous knowledge of how the luncheon was ran and used valuable information from her team to schedule a
flawless luncheon.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Beth utilized all the resources from multiple locations for the Employee Appreciation Lunch. Beth coordinated
items to be delivered to Wooster for the first event and used the same items for the other events at Plaza and
Lippman Campus. The company saved money by using items multiple times rather than purchasing for each
event. This was Beth's first time organizing this event and she worked well with all team members, listened to
everyone and went back to review and present any changes or suggestions to the team for their approval.
Beth's enthusiasm, motivation and company spirit made everyone on the team excited and looking forward to
next year's event.
