Doug Detwiler, Damien Leibold, Mamie Kanfer Stewart, and Brianna Olesh
demonstrated the value of teamwork, working together to bring approximately 500
employees through Team Effectiveness training/coaching. Lisa Wayne joined the
team to support the Sponsorship Development process, which is a critical element
of team effectiveness. Team Effectiveness Tools are being designed to support
long-term success and enable continued effectiveness beyond training and
coaching.
