Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

Jill is an HRMS Programmer which helps numerous departments within the GOJO Company. She has helped
build Kronos Navigator, and Global Time Off Request System which was implemented in 2017. She not only
started this project in 2016, but she built and created each display profile within Kronos and tested it prior to this
implementing in 2017.

Jill on a daily basis payroll works very closely helping build reports, queries, JavaScript and interfaces that deal
strictly with Kronos our payroll system. Jill is a good representation of this award as her daily job she has to
think about outside of the box to see the different ways she could impact the system, each department, and yet
the system as a whole.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Jill is one of a kind that is always willing to go above and beyond her call of duty to ensure the job is done and
done correctly. She thinks outside the box, is very detailed, and always wants what is best done for the person
she is trying to help. Her work shows this as she builds varies queries, reports for payroll to help streamline our
process and help simplify things within Kronos. If she doesn't have an answer for you she is always willing
going above and beyond to find the solution to the problem and help get it corrected so there isn't an issue or
problem in the future.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Jill plays an import role helping multiple departments throughout the year specifically benefits, HR and payroll.
Her results this year have helped specifically the payroll department by building Kronos Navigator that was
launch in 2017 along with the Global Time-Off Request System in 2017. Jill has been very resourceful in
building queries, reports and interfaces for payroll to help make streamline processes within the payroll
department.
