provide encouragement on new things I am working on
*she also provides guidance on best ways to approach projects and encourage people on cross functional
teams

*Rachel is easy to talk to and also gives great advice
*she has stepped into the roll on top of all her high priority projects but never canceled a monthly meeting

Rachel has worked over the past two years with me to help me improve leadership, soft skills, and improve
