Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
Environmental monitoring is something that we identified as an improvement
opportunity years ago but haven't been able to prioritize. Now that we have found
the resources/made it a priority, we are finding value and leading to continuous
improvement at GOJO.
Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Dealing with ambiguity. This is the first time we have collected this type of
information at GOJO and so it's been a learning on how/what to do.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
In 2017, the team began baseline collection by collected 12 weeks of data on 1 mix
tank and 1 fill line. This information helped the Micro Steering Team and Sr.
Leadership understand micro risk areas and areas to address during C&S.
