       Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

       Tammy leads by example.  There is nothing she expects from those she leads that she does not do herself.
       Tammy is always looking to identify what the need is, and then provide the feedback, direction and tools
       needed to accomplish the job. Tammy has very high expectations, and through her hard work and dedication
       inspires those she leads to achieve ever higher results.  From an enterprise perspective, Tammy and how she
       is developing her team impacts nearly every area of the organization related to product changes and
       development.

       Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
       Tammy's overall understanding of GOJO and its processes, specifications and procedures is unrivaled.
       Tammy is the go-to person for any question related to master data, not only on the team, but also within the
       larger ECM process.


       As for doing what it takes, Tammy consistently tries to meet or exceed each and every requirement sent her
       way.  Tammy is driven to do this thoroughly and completely, accurately, and with a great sense of urgency.


       In addition to the leading of the Data Governance team, she has been a lead and core team member of the
       it.MDS project in SAP for the last year as well.


       What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
       Tammy has done an outstanding job managing the Data Governance team.  Due to structural changes within
       the organization and other opportunities within the enterprise, the entire team completely turned over just prior
       to Tammy becoming manager.  Tammy inherited a team in which not a single member had even a year of
       experience, and she trained them all. Additionally, training was also provided for multiple temps and internal
       temp assignments during this time.  Through it all, scorecard performance was maintained and improved year
       over year, and no interruptions to the ECM process.
