       Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

       Part of the GOJO strategic initiatives include:
       5.4 Build and deploy digital expertise throughout the enterprise
       5.5 Ground business decisions in better data and analytics, exploiting the digital revolution.
       5.6  Challenge legacy paradigms and processes to root out non and sub-production expenditures and eradicate
       value-diluting busy work.


       This project hit all three initiatives and achieved an enhanced way of working for a digital GOJO.

       Competencies demonstrated by Evan included planning, informing, organizational savvy, comfort around top
       management, functional/technical skills, and managing through systems.


       Evan's introduction of this new way of working aligns well with the GOJO NWoW of Technology and Tools.


       Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
       Evan was very resourceful in keeping the project on track with a third-party consultant implementation and in
       reviewing administrator guides to make changes as needed or requested.  Evan demonstrated adaptability and
       flexibility as well as Doing What it Takes to ensure all managers knew how to use the tool, and where
       applicable, how to use the Executive Review tool.


       What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
       Evan implemented the Compensation Module for SuccessFactors in 2017.  This resulted in:
       1) a more intuitive and integrated tool for use by managers to make compensation proposals for the 2018
       compensation year for PMP bi-weekly participants,
       2) it enabled annual compensation statements to be sent securely to each individual that will reflect their new
       approved base confirmation and a confirmation of their approved PMP bonus result,
       3)Compensation worksheets were created to be dynamically synced with the in-process PMP goal assessment
       forms, and for the future - linked to Achievements during the year,
       4) Integrated snapshot compensation profiles for each individual to display compensation data and analytics,
       5) An at-your-fingertips tools for leaders to review compensation worksheets across their entire span, with easy
       and intuitive download tools.


       Overall, this new enhancement received numerous positive comments from users.
