       Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

       While wrapping up BLUE, Sharon was tasked with developing 3 e-learning modules for CRM (Customer
       Relationship Management) release 1. In a process that would normally take 12 weeks, Sharon completed
       within 6 weeks. Sharon went above and beyond, spending extra hours to complete the modules on time. And
       she did complete them on time! With Sharon's commitment and effort, we were able to roll-out release 1 of
       CRM in a way that helped prepare our end-users for the changes. Through the process Sharon kept a positive
       attitude, which might have been the more impressive part of her accomplishment. While the entire CRM team
       has done a great job, I want to be sure that Sharon is recognized for her hard work and effort. Sharon was a
       tremendous partner, one that I'm looking forward to working with again in the future.

       Sharon went above and beyond. She showed a tremendous amount of effort and perseverance, and kept a
       positive attitude the entire time.

       Sharon developed 3 e-learning modules for CRM release 1.
