departments. Our recruitment team is highly successful in doing that because they
demonstrate the following behaviors:

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
GOJO is a company built on innovation and collaboration. Our recruitment team is
at the forefront of this, as they continually pursue, screen, and interview potential
candidates. They are then able to put forth an expert recommendation for the hiring
manager as to what candidate is the right person for the right job in the right
department. Their success shows in the continuous success of our employees in
work groups, teams, and overall, the company.
