Nomination Recognition 2017

        Report by Individual Nominee

       CATEGORY: DOING WHAT IT TAKES

       NOMINEE NOMINATOR DEPARTMENT
Catherine Bell Suzanne Sharpless Center of Excellence 600688

Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

Catherine adjusted her work hours to help mitigate the time difference. She came into work early and worked
on weekends to help with process and system issues. She has the technical and business understanding of
how the USA SAP system works and helped the Europe team adapt processes to work. She never left any
question as I don't know - it was always "I will find out how" She went above and beyond her capacity which I
feel is someone that is "Doing what it take".

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Catherine never said it wasn't her job, she is and was always willing to assist anyway she could. Everyday
during project, her and I would have a debriefing call as to what was complete and what needed to be
accomplished for the next day. As we both had day jobs and were not dedicated 100%, we would divide and
conquer. As I had the hours ahead, I could tackle open items that were related to processes and she would
       handle the system side.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
       A successful Europe SAP implementation
