Stephanie proactively led the effort to scope, develop, test and activate alternative business models for the
Retail B2B Market. She implemented several small market advertising and sponsorship pilots, each requiring
a hands-on, labor intensive and time-consuming process that was critical to developing the market intimacy
and insights needed to understand and validate the market opportunity and business model. Each pilot
included managing dozens of store installs, 20-50 individual advertisers, scores of customized signs (design
through approvals, printing and delivery) and managing product shipments to individual stores across the US.
Based on the insights and test results from the market tests, Stephanie sourced and developed a partnership
with the leading advertising / sponsorship provider in the market, creating an exclusive partnership with Media
Works to promote and sell PURELL Brand High Capacity Wipes as the only product offered in their Digital
Wipes Revenue Program.

Stephanie is tenacious and focused, with a true entrepreneurial approach to do whatever it takes to uncover
market insights and create a value proposition and PURELL Brand solution to meet distributor and end users
needs and wants, while successfully leap-frogging the main competitor in the market.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
We are rolling out the program in 13 states, and have successfully defended business at 7 major Grocery
accounts.
