What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Jisel Emerson, in her role as Global Business Development (GBD) Team Process Leader, is continually
looking for ways to improve GBD outcomes: this includes finding ways of improving the GBD customer
experience, improving GBD profitability, and improving Seller and Export Coordinator efficiency. During 2017
Jisel?s efforts / projects have resulted in improved GBD profitability, improved International customer
satisfaction, and more efficient processing of International customer orders.
