PROFILE:
Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
The team worked together to leverage each persons skills and knowledge while
focusing on what the customer objectives were and how they wanted to launch the
program. With regular meetings as a team and listening to the end user a
successful program was developed and launched with our customer partner Veritiv.
They coordinated training, inventory management and a launch schedule in order to
be successful. It took strong business literacy, team work and agility in order to be
successful.

The team stayed focused on the customer, listening to their needs and then working
together to assemble the right program and solution. They knew it would take team
members with different strengths, so the team included Corporate Sales with Veritiv
knowledge, Textile market intimacy, parent company connection with the National
Account team and internal process support to keep everything on track.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Team was successful in meeting the goals and objectives outlined, launched and
grew the program to over $2.0MM of new revenue for GOJO.
