Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
Although the project required the efforts of many to bring business and technical concepts together, it was
Sean who moved those ideas to fruition within the Anaplan interface. He worked with internal IT resources and
external consultants to bring true innovations into the planning process.
Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Because we are actively learning the new environment as we're adapting out of Excel, we've had several
moments where it was necessary to retrace steps and start over a different way. Sean has taken these
drawbacks in stride, and often emerged with solutions that surpassed the existing approaches.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
GOJO is piloting Anaplan as a solution for Distributor business development planning, which required a
conversion from past Excel templates into a cloud-based solution linked to multiple data sources (shipments,
rebates, SFDC).
