Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
The HD Graphics Upgrade project handled over 60 SKUs being converted to new
artwork across all of the HD platforms. The volume of SKUs, many different types
of substrates and number of vendors involved, caused much complexity in their
work. Printing the new graphics led to quality issues at the vendors. The high
volume of SKUs led to complexity and long lead times.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.

The Global Sourcing team kept the team notified of changes at the vendors,
facilitated quality issue communication, pushed for improved lead-time and helped
minimize scrap.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
? The communication helped the project leader keep the BST informed of product
change timing which allowed them to keep customers informed.

? Their efforts and ability to react to issues helped us keep supply available to
minimize backorders.

? Their efforts in working with vendors, communicating the change and rework
afterwords helped to minimize scrap on such a large graphic conversion.

? The artwork change led to GOJO earning the Packaging Innovation / Marketing
award last fall at the AAPEX Automotive Markets show in Vegas.
