? Created training plans for SAP information ? trained EC?s to ensure we are providing accurate information to
our distributors.
? Assisted in training third party logistics staff ? explained and gave manufacturing/DC tours to our third-party
logistics company from Australia. Worked on the training to ensure GOJO standards are being met globally.
? Assisted in training Brazil export coordinator ? worked with the Brazilian Export Coordinator on all aspects of
SAP.
? Vast knowledge of SAP and continues to teach colleagues how to find information
? Finds issues within SAP and works to correct data with an urgency to ensure reporting and product availability
is correct.

? Goes above and beyond to make sure the customers (internal and external) needs are met

? Provides Manufacturing tours to GBD strategic partners, distributors visiting from around the globe.
? Works with forecasting, planning and manufacturing to ensure urgent/impact orders are processed and
customers are given good information as to when product can be available

? Sean has increased the EC?s knowledge of SAP and trained the group to ensure we are giving correct
information to distributors regarding their orders.
? Sean works with EC?s individually on regional issues to assist with resolution
? Sean is constantly working with EC?s to find better ways of working
? Sean has provided invaluable spreadsheets to assist us with inventory par levels for warehouses around the
globe.
? Sean provides endless information regarding GOJO processes and is a never-ending wealth of knowledge.
? Sean provides training sessions and meetings to help the GBD group better forecast inventory and works with
other groups to ensure the GBD manufacturing needs are addressed.
