Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.

Justin helped put over 200 ECR's through for a successful launch of the BLUE Project. His attention to detail,
organization, and the ability to connect every piece of the ECR process from all areas was essential for
completing such massive ECR initiative. During many team ECR meetings, with his knowledge, expertise and
quick response, he was willing and able to help think through difficult scenario's and get to a solution. His
contributions made it possible for a successful ECR process which made for a successful market and national
launch of the BLUE Projects.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
His ability to connect all areas of the ECR process just makes it a lot easier to complete such massive amounts
of ECRs. He is always quick to respond which helps ensure that things get done in a timely matter. He is very
detail oriented and calls out mistakes that is not part of his responsibilities.
