               I am delighted and honored to compile and present to you the hard work of everyone through our quarterly
       Gulf International / Johnson & Johnson Newsletter. Second quarter was a busy period. Numerous successful Best-In-
       Class activations, wonderful sampling campaigns, value added projects, charitable initiatives during Ramadan and many
       more were made possible by the commendable efforts of the Gulf International / Johnson & Johnson’s dedicated team

       as they always strived to achieve optimal results while broadening brand awareness. We have 90 plus merchandising
       strength across UAE touching our products 24x7 and objective is to groom, develop capabilities, coach and show them
       the succession path for career development.


       Tough  market  situation  caused  a  bit  underwhelming  inputs  from  everyone  but  we  continued  to  stay  positive  and
       transformed those challenges to opportunities. One of the best examples of collaborative effort was Baby Mega Restage
       that  was  successfully  implemented  in  all  Carrefour  doors.  In-store  event  activations  and  professional  detailing  team
       strategies were also part of the team’s recipe for success. Flip through the next pages for more details!


       I would like to thank Gulf International, Albatha  and Johnson & Johnson management for their constant support. I wish
       all the best to the team for the remaining of 2019.

                Indeed a splendid Q2, I would like to extend sincere gratitude and congratulations to the entire team for this

         continuous  profound  results  facing  all  the  challenges  at  the  market  place.  These  results  are  generated  through
         intelligent strategic and an incessant focus on quality and quantity of execution in operations.

         In the Year 2019, the metrics to success was bringing in further improvisation in current processes and supporting the
         sales force with the necessary tools. Moreover, we were able to reach out to our end-consumers through promoter

         deployment across leading MT and GT doors which helped us liquidate the aging stocks and simultaneously created
         brand awareness. Adding up the NPIs for 2019 and time gain NPIs of 2018 along with BMR will certainly help us to
         uplift the performance in the coming months.


         Furthermore, the furious challenges within UAE market and looking at the current economic situation I am glad to
         announce that we have retained all our employees. Keeping in mind the cost efficiency, we increased the headcounts
         based on the requirements of new store openings without any additional cost.


         Lastly, I would like to thank GI and J&J Management for their continuous support at all times. Being very optimistic
         for the remaining quarters, and we will continue at the same momentum to achieve further progression.
