138 Satan in the Sanctuary
There's no mistaking who it is at the head of that heav-
enly army: "And He hath on His vesture and on His thigh
a name written, KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF
                           LORDS" (19:16).
It's no contest. Revelation contains no scenes of lengthy
battle. The Antichrist bit off more than he could chew.
We have seen the doom of the Antichrist and his as-
sistant. "These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burn-
ing with brimstone," John reports (Rev 19:20).
And that's the end of the brief career of the man who
                            declared himself God.
