Before we proceed, let me quickly mention the feature of the neck and the remainder part of the body. The significance of the ‘excellent wife’ is appreciated from the uprightness of the neck and the body. The neck, which is a component of the body, gives the head the distinction and dignity that it commands! If the neck is missing, the head would seat on the body directly, ad clearly it would not be as dignified as compared with it seating on the neck, which is upright and makes it distinct from the body. Also, if the body is not standing upright or straight in stature, it undermines the honour accorded the head. Husbands must see therefore, that their wives constitute a very big part of how they are seen by the world, whether they are honoured and respected or not. If therefore, they choose to neglect the care of their body that includes the neck, they do so to their own disadvantage! The neck and body will not take care of themselves.
