far as their relationship with their husbands is concerned, no aspect of the life of a wife is to be excluded from the involvement, influence, and if need be, the control of their husbands. The commandment is that they submit to their husbands in everything. The body is not allowed, and cannot successfully, hide anything from the head! The head is a central control facility that gets to know ultimately, if any part of the body is having issues.
Same Standard For Husbands And Wives
We would not in the same scriptures that the command for husbands to love their wives was benchmarked against the love that Christ has for His church. For wives also, the standard prescribed is the standard of Christ toward the church as well. Husbands and wives are to individually take a cue from the relationship between Christ and His church in the quest to walk in obedience to God’s command for their relationship.
God has not used different standards for husbands and wives in defining roles for them in their relationship. In His righteousness, He used the relationship between Christ and His
