The Man In Love
Jesus became a curse for us out of love so that we can receive the blessing of the Spirit through faith.
SHARED HIS PRIVILEGES WITH THE FATHER. Jesus did not stop at just reconciling us back to the Father, He committed Himself to ensure that we are accorded access to the same privileges that He enjoyed exclusively with Him. Scarcely did He leave any privilege out that we cannot enjoy with the Father. In fact, He made us joint heirs of the Father with Himself.
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.
Romans 8:14-17
To be joint heirs of the Father with Him is such a great privilege. He brought us up to the same pedestal as He had with the Father. Being in that position, the Father now also looks at us with the same ‘eye of favour’ with which He look at Jesus. Jesus
