No one plans for an accident to happen, but they do…. on any day at any time. An accident
happens every 2 seconds and for those with active children, you may feel as if they happen this
frequently in your home. This benefit provides:
 Accident protection for yourself and family
 Coverage guaranteed at initial enrollment, no tests as long as eligibility requirements
are met!
 Benefits paid directly to the insurer (guidelines and limits apply)
 Coverage is completely portable at the same rates

The group Accident coverage provides a cash benefit paid directly to you and is in addition to
your major medical plan with UHC.
