Employee Assistance Programs

Allegacy Employees have the option of three confidential Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) based on

your needs and preference as follows:

 Available to employees and their family members
 Phone access to master level staff clinicians, 24hrs/365 days a year
 Up to 3 face to face sessions for assessment and short term problem  Novant Health and Winston Salem Health Care
psychiatry will provide assistance with employee
resolution
 Legal consultation regarding divorce, family matters, real estate, behavioral health needs
consumer credit concrens.  Employees are given up to 5 behavioral health
 Financial planning, home buying and retirement planning visits

To foster healing and wholeness through counseling, spiritual formation, and educational services.
Provides counseling for various issues that include:
 Depression
 Anxiety
 Eating disorders
 Marriage and family therapy
 Personal growth issues
 Abuse/Trauma recover
