Bereavement Leave
Up to three days leave with pay for the death of an immediate family member is offered to all
regular employees working 20 or more hours per week. Please refer to the Employee Handbook
for additional information.
College Savings Plan
529 Plans are qualified tuition saving programs available to all employees and offer tax and
estate planning benefits as you seek to build assets to cover college funding costs. 529s are
perhaps the most compelling education funding vehicle available today. Contact Human

Elder Care Choices
Elder Care Choices is a division of Senior Services, Inc. This is a referral and information service
offered at no charge to you to help find the resources you need to care for an elderly adult.
Elder Care Choices can help you locate resources anywhere in the United States. You may
access a counselor Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm by calling 336-748-2171 or 1-800-648-
2171.
