Example Solution | Councils
Marketed as Conversation-as-a-Service….
Futr is in discussion with Hackney and Newham councils in
relation to Chatbots.
Both have agreed paid POCs (£5k) which involve a bot
capable of filling in forms from the general public.
Newham Council have extended the POC to include park
issues like paying for tickets and requests for information.
This is at an earlier stage than the police tests but it shows
the desire is in other areas of the public sector to engage
with new technology to reduce admin.
The council have referred to this opportunity as
Conversation-as-a-Service (CaaS)
